I want to gouge my eyes out and then curl into a corner and die. Truly. Walt Disney has a LOT to answer for.

Friday, February 22, 2008 at 5:28PM I've installed Flock, the little Mozilla-based browser, which has finally gotten out of Beta. It's like Firefox, but has been configured to work easier with Web 2.0 elements - blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc. In fact, I'm trying this out via Flock.
I've also signed up for Twitter. I note my b-i-l is also on Twitter, but the last update he made was 1 month ago :-) If you want to follow me via Twitter (or vice-versa), drop me a line.
Friday, February 8, 2008 at 9:18PM Well, in a nutshell, not much, unless you enjoy Fox showcasing some rednecks.
Some networks have managed to put on a few new episodes of popular series ... The Simpsons, House, Family Guy, CSI, and so on. Of course, it's a better scene over on cable, with A Daily Show (yes, it's now not THE Daily Show) and the Colbert report soldiering on. Other favorite shows of mine like Monk, Stargate Atlantis have thus far been unaffected. And Battlestar Galactica Season 4 starts next month ... being the last season, it's sure to go out with a bang!
So instead, I've been paying a lot of attention to Netflix Instant Viewing. It's allowed me to reconnect to a lot of TV shows from my childhood - the cheesy ones, the funny ones, and two just totally awesome ones!
